KYC Guide
In order to use the IX Swap platform, you're going to need to KYC (Know-Your-Customer). Here's a guide to get you through the process.
What is KYC? KYC or Know-Your-Customer is simply a term meaning, to verify or confirm one’s identity.
In traditional finance, this is the process in which banks collect official and validated information from you, such as Proof of Address, Income, etc.
Why is this important?
We want to make sure that all entities on our platform are legitimate and verified. This is to ensure that all activities on IX Swap are guaranteed safe and are regulatory compliant.

So let’s get down to it! And don’t worry! Anything that you share, and upload on our KYC form is strictly confidential.
Click ‘Launch App’ on our website, or you can go ahead on click on this link here: https://app.ixswap.io/
Connect your wallet, you can use Metamask, Trust or Coinbase wallets:
Once you’ve connected your wallet, click on ‘Pass KYC as Individual’
Fill out the necessary fields in the KYC form.
Once all fields are completed, just click on the ‘Submit Form’ button! *Note: If you want to pause and finish your KYC later, just click on the ‘Save Progress’ button
And that’s it! KYC approval will take 24 hours!
